The process to secure the rental was simple and the ability to add on insurance was easier than going through our home owners policy. My disappointment came with the misleading information on the site that says Current Special: 50% Off First Three Months. I had to call the customer service number to get find out what the process was to get the discount and even they struggled to determine how give the discount. In the end they did add the discount to my rental after 25 minutes on the phone to get there. The customer service representative was exceptional and wanted to make sure she did her diligence which I respect. She was very polite and thoughtful in resolving the issue.

About Our Facility
Conveniently located next to Home Depot behind East View Mall, this facility offers regular and climate-controlled units as well as boat and RV parking. The regular units and our largest climate-controlled units are all drive up units. Many of these units come with 3-amp outlets for trickle chargers to keep batteries charged. The smaller climate-controlled units are located in a 3-story building containing a loading dock and a freight sized passenger elevator for ease of moving.
Our boat and RV parking lot features a dump station and a potable water refill station as well as generous parking and drive lanes. Electrified parking spaces are also available with 3-amp outlets for trickle chargers to keep batteries charged.
